Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shifted Reels is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shifted Reels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
